Maintain Your Professionalism

To recertify your CICS or CICP certification, you must complete the process below:

• Click on "GET RECERTIFICATION APPLICATION" button below
• Open Excel recertification application document downloaded to your device
• Fill in the information required, including reporting your CPE hours for the last 3 years (at least 120 hours for each 3 year period reported). Expired Certificate Holders: Be sure to complete and report the additional CPE hours required, based on how long your certificate has been expired.
• Email it to ICI while still open or save it for emailing later

Your certification will not be recertified until you email the completed report to ICI!

If the initial application is rejected, the applicant will be notified and the fee refunded.
